Your association governing documents state that a request for a replacement ballot requires that the owner must sign a statement, under penalty of perjury that the original ballot was lost, destroyed or never received. The Inspectors of Election shall maintain a record of each request and, if it is determined that the owner voted twice, even by mistake, either the first ballot will be counted or in some cases, neither ballot will be counted. I understand that once my ballot has been mailed to The Inspectors of Election, it may not be revoked and that if The Inspectors of Election determines that I have cast two ballots, even by mistake, the first ballot envelope received will be accepted unless the Association Election Policies state that neither ballot will be accepted.
